Kalli is 1 and Kade is 2

I am such a blessed Mommy!  Somehow my "babies" have turned 1 and 2 and are both growing up before my eyes! We celebrated Kade's 2nd birthday with a Dr. Seuss themed party on March 3rd. He had such a great party and Kade (and his parents) were so thankful for everyone coming to celebrate our BIG BOY's 2nd Birthday.  Next was Kalli's 1st birthday party.  It was hot pink/zebra and owl themed and very GIRLIE!  Mommy loved it and so did Kalligirl! Everything was perfect for the pretty little princess!

Kade's birthday started by Mommy and Daddy filling his bedroom with red balloons for him to wake up with!  Kade LOVED it!  It was so exciting for him!!!

He wanted them in his crib to nap with too!~  SOOO CUTE!  Then we finished all of the decor and celebrated DR SEUSS style! 

Special thanks to Daddy, Auntie Misty & Auntie Lynda for being Kade's very own Cat in the Hat and THINGS 1 & 2!  Kade was exhausted at the end of the day, but he was still so cute so we had to get him to pose...just one more time! ;)

Here is what I am up to as a 2 year old...

• I weight 26 1/2 pounds and am 35 1/2 inches tall! I am almost 3 feet tall which means I am estimated to be 6 feet tall when I am all grown up!
• I eat anything I want, but only WHEN I want to! :) I am picky sometimes! :)
• I love popsicles, candy, ice cream and cupcakes! 
• I talk all the time!  My biggest word is Basketball Goal! 
• I am obsessed with balls of all kinds!  I am really good at playing basketball, catching and throwing!
• I love to entertain my sissy, but I do not want her to walk.  I keep her down! :(
• My favorite tv show is SUPER WHY!
• I know almost all of my letters by recognition...except W, X & Z.  I know the colors RED, GREEN, BLUE, YELLOW, PURPLE, PINK, WHITE, and BLACK.
• When you ask me how old I am, I say 2 many! :)
• I finally say my name...KADE!  I was stubborn for a long time with this one!
• I love love love to read books.  Clifford the Dog is my favorite right now!
• I like to get my own shoes and pick out my own PJ's every night!
• I love to say the word NO...with authority of course! :)
• I got a new swing set for my birthday and I LOVE IT!  I love playing outside!!! Especially up at the wood line with rocks and sticks!
• I love playing on my Mommy's iPad!  I have my own folder with my own APPS!  I am such a smart boy!
• I love to correct Kalli when she is doing something wrong.
• I like to bring Mommy the phone when she is in the shower and it rings! :)
• I like to play with Daddy's tools while he is working.  My favorite is the tape measure!

It is so hard for me to believe that my daughter...my precious baby girl is already a 1 year old toddler.  She amazes me every day and makes me a little sad to think she is so indepependent already!  We celebrated her birthday with a zebra/hot pink owl themed party and it was so much fun!!!  Kalli looked like a perfect little angel in her custom made dress (by her Auntie HawShen). 

Kalligirl received so many birthday gifts and really was the most beautiful birthday princess ever!  I am so blessed to be her Mommy!  Here is what Kalli is doing now that she is a 1 year old!!!

• I weigh 21 pounds and am 29 3/4 inches tall! 
• Crawls faster than any baby...ever! (LOL!)
• Loves my big brother more than life itself! 
• Talks (jibber jabbers) all the time!
• Eats almost anything you give me!
• Has 7 teeth!
• Cruising but not walking (my brother doesn't think I am ready).  I can walk if you hold my hand, but not by myself!
• Laughs constantly...especially at my brother and Daddy!
• Loves to splash in the tub
• Wears size 12-18 month clothing
• Wears size 4 diapers
• Wears size 4 shoes
• I love to say MaMa, DaDa, Daddy, This, Bye Bye, Hi, Hey and so much more (that Mommy can't remember!)
• I always have a smile on my face unless I am tired or hungry!
• I don't like for my diaper to be changed...that is no fun!
• I love to give kisses! Mouth wide open of course! :-O
• I love my new swing set I got for my birthday!  I love spending time swinging and playing outside! 
• I can crawl all the way up the stairs all by myself!
• I love facing forward in my carseat now!  I can watch tv now!  WOOHOO
• I love riding with Kade in the stroller.  I hold on to his seat while we ride! :~)
