IT'S MY FIRST BIRTHDAY!!!

I am amazed how quickly the past year has flown by!  It blows my mind to think of life 1 year ago and how much my baby boy has changed and grown up!!!  I am amazed every single day at what he can do or accomplishes! Here is what he has accomplished in the past month...in his own words...of course! :0)

• First, above all else, I STARTED WALKING!!!  I can go go go where I want to!

• I talk all the time...and MaMa and DaDa think they understand every word!
• Bath time is still my favorite time!  I love to splash and play!  DaDa makes it so fun and sings me silly songs!
• I am off of formula all together!  Mommy tried giving me whole milk, but my stomach didn't like it (made me spit up), so I am getting Enfamil Enfagrow Soy!  And as of my birthday, no more BOTTLES....ONLY SIPPIE CUPS!!!

• I would rather eat finger foods than any other food!
• I got another tooth this month...it is a bottom tooth...and MaMa says she can see my molars starting to push through!
• I am still mostly a Daddy's boy...which Daddy absolutely LOVES!!!
• My Great Granny Jo went to heaven to be with God this month...I am going to miss her watching me grow up!  We will always have "Deep & Wide" though!!!
• I learned how to crawl up the stairs...even though MaMa really tried to keep me from knowing what they even are!
• I got my first hair cut...I look like such a little man now that I don't have WINGS anymore! :)

• I am so good at nap time and bed time.  Mommy just puts me in my crib with my paci and I play until I fall asleep!  It seems to make Mommy very happy!!!! I still take 2 naps a day...and Mommy usually takes my morning nap with me!
• I still put everything in my mouth...it feels good on my gummies!
• GiGi got me a wagon for my birthday, but I got it early because I have been so good.  I really enjoy riding around outside in it!!!

• MaMa and I got to sit outside and play one afternoon because it was so beautiful!  At first I didn't like the grass at all, but eventually, I started crawling around and playing on the grass and on the concrete!!!  MaMa said I was the cutest little boy she had ever seen!!!

• It is hard for MaMa and DaDa to believe just 1 year ago I was born at 5 pounds 5 ounces, 19 inches and today I am already 22 pounds 3 ounces!!!  I wouldn't stay still enough for MaMa to measure my length, so she will have to get that from my next dr's appointment! :)

• I love to give MaMa kisses...she gets more than anyone else!
• I have the most perfect SMILE my MaMa has EVER SEEN!!!
