5 months

KADE IS NOW 5 MONTHS OLD!  HERE IS WHAT HAPPENED THIS MONTH!

• Eating lots of great foods!  My favorite right now is BANANAS for sure, but I eat Green Peas, Green Beans, Squash, Sweet Potatoes, Carrots, Pears & Bananas

• I started drinking out of my SIPPY CUP at dinner time!

• Tripled his birth weight! He is now 16 pounds 6 ounces (54th percentile) & 25 1/2 inches long
• Loves to BOUNCE in his bouncy toy

• Babbles all the time...and has learned how to SCREAM...LOUDLY!
• Started SCOOTING...first it was in his bed when he was SUPPOSED to be sleeping!  I had to go in there over and over and scoot him back down to the right spot in the bed!
• Sits up for extended periods of time!
• Loves to ignore his Daddy when he talks to him...it drives Daddy NUTS! :)
• Still refuses to wear shoes or socks...he gets that from his Daddy!

• I like to watch tv!  It is very entertaining!  My favorite show is Tom & Jerry...thanks to my Daddy!
• Is no longer swaddled while he sleeps!!! 
• Wears size 2 & 3 diapers and 6 month clothing
• IS THE KING OF DROOLVILLE!

• Loves to smile...at anyone who will show him any attention!
• LOVES his paci...can't go anywhere without it!  I think it soothes his gums.

• Mommy is sure I am teething, but these teefers are taking forever to come in!
• His favorite toy is his excersaucer!  His favorite game is throwing all his toys off of his excersaucer and having Mommy or Daddy pick them up for him! :)
• Grabs toys and does whatever he wants with them...his hand/eye coordination is amazing!

• I like playing with my toes! :)

• Had a few sleepless nights, but routinely sleeps 12 hours every night!
• IS ABSOLUTELY SPOILED ROTTEN! :)
• Mommy and Daddy are SO IN LOVE WITH ME!!!
