CHRISTMAS *2 0 1 2*

This Christmas was so much fun with Kade and Kalli!  They loved getting the ornaments off of the tree and bringing them to me...or better yet, breaking them!  I am so thankful for the best gifts I could ever ask for!

We got to see Christmas lights at Tanglewood and Kade really enjoyed it! Kalli, not so much! HAHA! She was not enjoying being trapped in a car for an hour barely moving - lights or not! :)

They also really got spoiled by Santa, Mommy and Daddy and family this year!  I love being able to see the joy in their eyes!

We also have a little elf on the shelf named Kelvin.  Every morning he would be in a new place and the kids LOVED coming down and finding him!  Kalli was as good at finding him as Kade was!  They were sad when he was gone on Christmas morning!

All of us ended up being sick around Christmas which was no fun but made moments like this so precious!  I love watching my baby girl sleep peacefully!

So Kade specifically told Santa that Kalli wanted a blue heart this year for Christmas (and he wanted a firetruck.)  Santa searched high and low and finally one of his elves (Auntie Lynda) found a wooden heart and Santa and Mrs Claus stayed up late Christmas Eve painting it getting it ready for Christmas morning.  I am not sure that Kade even noticed it though!  Kalli could have cared less! ;)

Most of all, I am thankful that my kids got to spend Christmas with their family.  They got to see Aunts, Uncles, Grandparents and cousins!  They are so blessed to have such a wonderful family!
